Instructions For Cold Use:
Step 1: Place your roller in the freezer for 20 minutes before using.

Step 2: Place the ball in open air until it cools to the required temperature.

Wash with soap and water, or rub down with an alcohol wipe for a deep clean once a week.
Safety Information:
– Do not heat the roller over direct heat such as an open flame, stove or oven. Do not microwave.
– Do not apply the roller to the same area for more than 15 minutes. Wait at least 10 minutes before applying it to the same area
again. Some people may have low tolerance of cold. If you feel the roller is too cold, let it cool for a few minutes before using again.
– Do not use frozen roller directly on wet skin.
